    Description

    Michelle Espejo with Robert Half Financial Services is recruiting for an Operations Analyst at a forward thinking investment firm. This is a full-time permanent role based in San Francisco with a Hybrid schedule.

     

    This firm is at the intersection of finance, technology, and machine learning. This role blends analytics and operations with the potential to grow into trading.

     

    Collaborate directly with founders and cross-functional teams while enjoying full medical, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited PTO, commuter support, and potential equity participation.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage trading operations, including OMS, reconciliations, corporate actions, and accuracy.

    + Reconcile cash positions, corporate actions, and NAV; support month-end, audits, and tax prep.

    + Back up the trading team with broker allocations, trade execution, and issue resolution.

    + Streamline workflows, reduce operational risk, and ensure compliance.

    + Work with data science, engineering, and compliance teams to keep trading operations smooth.

    Requirements

    + 3–5 years in investment operations, fund accounting, or similar.

    + Knowledge of equity corporate actions, trade reconciliation, and financial instruments.

    + Strong accounting foundation and fund operations experience.

    + Proficiency with Bloomberg (BQL) and OMS platforms like Enfusion or Eze.

    + Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    + Analytical mindset to troubleshoot, optimize processes, and improve efficiency.
