    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Administer and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) for software deployment, patching, and OS imaging

    + Troubleshoot MECM client issues and ensure endpoint health

    + Develop and deploy software packages and updates via MECM

    + Use AdminStudio for application packaging, testing, and deployment

    + Write and maintain PowerShell, Batch, or VBScript scripts to automate administrative tasks

    + Monitor MECM infrastructure and optimize performance

    + Ensure compliance with security standards and remediate vulnerabilities

    + Provide Tier 2/3 support for endpoint issues related to MECM and AdminStudio

    + Maintain documentation for MECM configurations, packaging processes, and scripts

    + Generate reports on deployments, patching, and system health

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)

    + 2–4 years of experience in system administration with MECM and AdminStudio

    + Proficiency in PowerShell and other scripting languages

    + Experience with patch management, software deployment, and Active Directory

    + Strong troubleshooting skills for MECM deployments and endpoint issues

    + Excellent communication and documentation skills

    •Preferred Qualifications:

    + Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

    + AdminStudio Certification

    + ITIL Foundation Certification

    + Knowledge of SQL for reporting and experience with SCCM, Intune, or similar tools
