    Project Manager – Real Estate & Construction (Owner’s Representative)

    Are you an experienced project manager ready to lead high-impact real estate and construction initiatives? Join our team in Braceville, Illinois, where your leadership will drive complex projects from concept to completion in a mission-critical environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead real estate and construction projects as an owner’s representative, managing planning, design, construction, and closeout phases.

    + Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

    + Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

    + Manage contractors and subcontractors to maintain timelines and quality standards.

    + Develop and monitor budgets, perform cost estimations, and prepare financial reports.

    + Navigate permitting and zoning regulations across local, state, and federal levels.

    + Proactively identify and resolve project issues to maintain momentum.

    + Communicate professionally and maintain thorough documentation.

    + Use project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, and Smartsheet; familiarity with BIM is preferred.

    + Be present on-site during active construction phases.

    Qualifications

    + 5–7 years of project management experience in real estate or construction.

    + Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory compliance.

    + Proficiency in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial tracking.

    + Knowledge of permitting and zoning regulations.

    + Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders.

    + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.
