Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Electrical Construction Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a team of Project Managers within our Arizona branch. The role primarily involves supporting a confidential data center client, with potential growth opportunities into a director-level position.

Responsibilities

+ Provide safety leadership across projects.

+ Administer contracts efficiently.

+ Set up and organize projects effectively.

+ Coordinate and schedule site labor.

+ Manage budgeting and estimating tasks.

+ Handle documentation, submittals, and O&M manuals.

+ Coordinate purchasing and subcontract agreements.

+ Track production progress.

+ Ensure quality control and assurance.

+ Control project costs and manage billing.

+ Forecast project costs and completion timelines.

+ Manage project change orders.

+ Oversee project closeout procedures.

+ Facilitate internal and external communication.

+ Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of project management experience on semiconductor or data center projects.

+ Experience in electrical construction, preferably with an electrical contractor.

+ Proficiency in MS Office and Bluebeam.

+ Experience in medium to high voltage environments.

+ Strong management and human relations skills.

+ Excellent financial analytical capabilities.

+ Superior oral and written communication skills.

+ Self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

+ 5+ years' experience in High Tech or Mission Critical Data Center construction.

+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow standard operating procedures.

+ Professional demeanor and appearance.

+ Ability to interact effectively with managers, employees, vendors, and others.

Work Environment

This is an onsite position at a data center project, operating Monday through Friday with start and end times to be determined. The main office is located in Mesa, AZ. The role includes a company vehicle or allowance and a company phone or allowance. This is a salaried position with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Mesa, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
