    Adecco is filling 8 Production positions for their client in McPherson, KS. Make good money by the Holidays!

     

    These positions are temporary lasting 3 months.

     

    Work 4 - 10 hour days, Monday through Thursday!

     

    1st Shift: 6AM to 4:30PM

     

    Hourly Pay: $17.50/hr (19.50/hr)

     

    Overtime: Overtime may be available or required

    Position Overview:

    As a member of the McPherson-based team, you will be responsible for the general assembly of components in accordance with product specifications, engineering drawings, work orders, and quality procedures.

    You will be cross trained in a variety of tasks, including:

    • completing assembly checklists, testing parts, and monitoring stock bins.

    • the use of a variety of hand and pneumatic tools.

    • report directly to the Production Supervisor, as well as the Plant Manager.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Ability to work effectively unsupervised.

    • Strategic and creative thinking to analyze issues that may arise and create solutions.

    • Ability to respond positively to feedback and implement change in process and procedures as needed.

    • Basic math skills

    • Ability to understand and interpret drawings, BOMs and procedures.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.

    • Possess basic math skills.

    • Requires a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    • The selected candidate is regularly required to:

    o Read, write, and communicate in English.

    o Stand and/or walk for 10 hours a day, with minimal breaks.

    o Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds independently or up to 50 pounds with assistance.

    o Vision abilities include close and distance vision, color distinction, and observe small handwriting, labels, and components.

    • Employee is always required to wear steel toed shoes and safety glasses.

    • Employee is required to wear hearing protection in designated areas.

    • The Position requires the employee to be on-site during scheduled shift to perform daily duties and responsibilities.

    **Pay Details:** $17.50 per hour
