What You’ll Be Doing
+ Perform topographical, boundary, and as-built surveys with accuracy
+ Assist with construction layout and collaborate with engineers and project managers
+ Draft survey plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
+ Research land records and ensure compliance with local regulations
+ Upload, download, and manage survey data efficiently
What You Bring to the Table
+ Minimum1 year of experience in land surveying or CADD drafting
+ Strong skills in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
+ Experience with drafting topographical surveys, property boundaries, and construction layouts
+ Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay:$20.00 – $30.00/hr

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
