Job Summary

Associate will be working with unique machines but must have a drive to learn!

Must be capable of operating our production machinery/work stations productively and safely.

The machine completes all tasks the candidate is responsible for loading uncompleted parts and offloading completed components.

Manual lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted along with no lifting above the shoulder.

+ Pay: $ 17.00 per hour

+ Shift: Monday-Friday 7am – 4pm with 1 hour lunch unpaid

Responsibilities for a Machine Operator include but are not limited to:

• Willingness to work safely by following all procedures and policies required.

• Responsible for operating the production machinery to make silt fence products - willing to train.

• Professional, courteous attitude toward work and ability to communicate work-related issues clearly.

• Responsible for housekeeping in immediate work areas.

• This is not a warehouse/forklift position but operation of machines.

• Responsible for quality checks and reading of a tape measure.

Qualifications

Candidates for Production Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High School Diploma or GED required, must be listed on resume

• Reliable, go to work every day as scheduled

• Strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn and grow

• Dependability

• Manual lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted

• Mechanically- inclined, preferred

• Background in Machine Operator, preferred

• Work overtime as needed

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
