Job Title: Documentation Control Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Documentation Control Specialist responsible for managing quality management systems documentation within a dynamic environment. This role is integral to maintaining compliance with industry standards and ensuring seamless documentation processes.

Responsibilities

+ Manage and maintain documentation for Quality Management Systems (QMS).

+ Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

+ Organize and control documentation processes to maintain accuracy and accessibility.

+ Collaborate with team members to support documentation needs across departments.

+ Take initiative in identifying and implementing process improvements.

+ Communicate effectively to ensure clear understanding of documentation practices.

Work Environment

The position is based onsite at a medical device company with approximately 40 employees. The company culture is supportive and engaging, fostering a small business feel with a great atmosphere. The dress code is business casual, encouraging a professional yet comfortable work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
