    Quality Control Lab Analyst – Contract to Hire

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

    Are you a hands-on chemist with a passion for precision and product safety? Join our expanding team as a Quality Control Lab Analyst and play a critical role in testing and validating the ingredients that power health and wellness products. You’ll work in a dynamic lab setting, using advanced instrumentation and wet chemistry techniques to ensure every batch meets the highest standards.

    What You’ll Do

    + Prepare and test samples using GC and wet chemistry methods (pH, titrations, LOD).

    + Run calibration curves and system suitability tests to ensure accuracy.

    + Perform first-line instrument care and basic troubleshooting (GC, HPLC).

    + Support method validation efforts (accuracy, precision, LOD, LOQ).

    + Maintain lab inventory, cleanliness, and documentation standards.

    + Draft and review SOPs and participate in notebook peer reviews.

    What You Bring

    + Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (Master’s preferred).

    + 3–5 years of QC lab experience in food, supplements, or natural products.

    + Independent operation of GC and HPLC instruments.

    + Experience with lipid-rich or natural product matrices (e.g., vitamins, fats, emulsifiers).

    + Familiarity with USP/AOAC methods and cGMP documentation.

    + Proficiency in chromatography software (OpenLab, ChemStation).

    + Strong lab safety mindset and attention to detail.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
