    Required

    + Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) license

    + Fluent in Spanish

    + Strong customer service skills

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment

    Job Description

    + Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with accuracy and care

    + Verify patient identity and label specimens correctly

    + Prepare and process specimens for lab testing or transport

    + Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

    + Enter patient and specimen data into electronic systems

    + Follow safety and infection control protocols

    + Provide compassionate care and ensure patient comfort during procedures

    Pay

    + $29.50/ hour

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
