What You’ll Do:
As a Phlebotomist, you’ll be a vital part of our clinical operations, responsible for:
+ Performing venipunctures and capillary punctures using straight and butterfly needles.
+ Collecting, labeling, and processing specimens (including centrifuging, freezing, and packaging).
+ Ensuring accuracy and integrity in specimen handling and documentation.
+ Clearly and courteously explaining procedures to patients.
+ Updating patient records and maintaining lab equipment.
+ Complying with OSHA and DEP safety standards.
+ Attending annual training and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
+ Phlebotomy certification (state-specific, if required).
+ At least 6 months of hands-on experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ High School Diploma or GED.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
