    JOB SUMMARY

    This position will be located in the hospital setting to collaborate, coordinate and process all required documentation in support of the physician’s order to ensure that the customer receives the intended equipment and/or supplies as prescribed. This position will work with the staff, providers and patients prior to discharge to facilitate the discharge process. The scope of this position includes all products and services.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience:

    REQUIRED:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Computer literacy

    + Interpersonal skills conducive to positive customer and employee relations.

    + Ability to read, write clearly, follow and give instructions.

    + Ability to use a calculator, computer and Microsoft Office

    + Prior experience or on-the-job training and must be able to successfully complete the orientation/training program prescribed by Denman.

    License/Certifications/Special Requirements:

    + Healthcare background

    + Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Preferred

    + Third party payer experience preferred

    Pay Status:

    Non-Exempt Hourly
