    JOB SUMMARY

    + Responsible for full life cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) across Blessing Health System. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating site visits, and facilitating offers in close collaboration with clinical and administrative leaders. The recruiter ensures an exceptional candidate experience and alignment with the organization’s strategic workforce needs. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Missions of Blessing Health System. ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to Code of Conduct and other policies is required.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    + Education/Training/Experience:

    + REQUIRED:

    + Bachelor’s degree required (Healthcare, Business, Human Resources or Communicate preferred).

    + 2-5 years of healthcare recruitment, sales or marketing required.

    + Must be organized and able to manage multiple searches with shifting priorities.

    + Must have reliable transportation and be able/willing to travel between sites and use personal vehicle for candidate transportation as needed.

    + The ability to work evening and weekends is necessary and some travel is required.

    + PREFERRED:

    + Experience in hospital or multi-specialty health system preferred.

    + License/Certifications/Special Requirements:

    + Recruitment certification preferred.
