Description We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Fishers, Indiana. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making processes. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial modeling and data analysis who thrives in a detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret large data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting.

• Perform variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies in financial performance.

• Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key findings.

• Utilize advanced Excel formulas and data mining techniques to streamline data manipulation.

• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to address specific business questions and challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information in reports and dashboards.

• Monitor financial performance metrics and recommend strategies for improvement. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and variance analysis.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including complex formulas and data manipulation.

• Familiarity with data mining techniques and tools.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to create clear and concise reports and visualizations for stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and present findings.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
