Description

We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager for our client based in Fairfax, Virginia. You’ll manage all facets of property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance, budgets, and team supervision. This position is onsite with an immediate start date.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong tenant and vendor relationships

Ensure compliance with local/state regulations and lease terms

Working with multiple vendors

Handling community service projects

Prior project coordination experience

Supports events and community functions

Conducts research

Supports accounting and bid process for proposals of projects

Great with multitasking

Budget preparation experience

Respond promptly to emergencies and supervise repair activities

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of property management experience

Prior experience supervising – is a plus

Great written and grammar skills

Handling community service projects

Great written and grammar skills

Prior project coordination experience

Looking for someone that has been in property management but wants a change working with a community association

Prior experience handling community service projects

Prior experience working with multiple vendors.

Excellent communication skills

Strong MicroSoft Office suite and tech savvy

Experience supporting events and community functions

Prior knowledge in conducting research

Supports accounting and bid process for proposals of projects

Great with multitasking

Experience in Budget preparation

Must have your own transportation.
