Duration: 5 month contract

Pay rate: $15.38 / hour

M-F- 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities for this position include:

+ Obtaining medical records from medical facilities, copy services and applicants

+ Making outbound calls to obtain a current status on our request, making payments for records, filling out authorization forms, faxing and emailing correspondence when needed

Qualifications:

+ Office experience

+ Great time management

+ Customer service skills and good communication

+ HS Diploma
