Shipping/Receiving Coordinator – 1st Shift $23/HR

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional Fridays)

What You’ll Do

+ Process bills of lading, purchase orders, and shipping documentation

+ Follow DOT, IATA, and IMO procedures for hazardous materials

+ Manage SDS Sheets and Certifications for customer shipments

+ Prepare export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and dangerous goods forms

+ Negotiate rates and schedule shipments via air, ground, and ocean

+ Select optimal carriers and maintain vendor relationships

+ Communicate with freight forwarders and regulatory bodies

+ Support import/export compliance audits and meetings

+ Resolve freight and trucking claims

+ Implement updated shipping procedures and UPS regulations

+ Assist with continuous improvement in safety and risk assessments

What You Bring

+ High computer literacy, especially in SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

+ Experience with shipping documentation and logistics coordination

+ Strong organizational and communication skills

+ Ability to interpret complex shipping instructions and regulations

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
