Maintenance Engineering Technician

Direct Hire

Shift: 3rd (10pm-6am)- train on first for a few months. (Flexible with this if needed)

Pay: $32-$38 per hour with Double time on Sundays

Job Description

Join a dynamic team focused on maintaining and optimizing high-speed production machinery within a manufacturing environment. This role involves working with complex systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation technologies.

Responsibilities

+ Perform preventative maintenance and machine troubleshooting to ensure efficient operations.

+ Diagnose and repair electrical issues including AC/DC systems, control wiring, sensors, motors, and drives.

+ Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals to maintain and repair machinery.

+ Respond promptly to machine alerts and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.

+ Install new machines and conduct regular changeovers and maintenance on existing equipment.

+ Work with high-speed automation systems, ensuring all components such as motors, belts, gauges, and gearboxes are in optimal condition.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of industrial experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Strong electrical background with skills in diagnosing and repairing AC/DC systems, control wiring, sensors, motors, and drives.

+ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.

+ Experience with troubleshooting, blueprint reading, molding machines, and circuit analysis.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in high-speed automation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
