    Job Title: Cleanroom Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleanroom Technician to join our team. The role involves working in a controlled cleanroom environment to ensure the quality and precision of our manufacturing processes, particularly focusing on the extraction and molding of collagen for medical devices.

     

    Pay: $20-24/hour

    Responsibilities

    + Follow and document batch records accurately.

    + Extract collagen from raw materials and mold it into specified shapes.

    + Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.

    + Sanitize cleanrooms and manufacturing areas to maintain GMP standards.

    + Operate, test, and calibrate production equipment.

    + Fill and package medical devices with precision.

    + Maintain inventory of manufacturing supplies and request additional materials as necessary.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and production.

    + Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment.

    + Proficiency in cleanroom operations.

    + Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Records.

    + Experience in production environment, packaging, document control, labeling, and inspection.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with batching, blending, cutting, and measuring.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    + Capability to follow written and oral instructions accurately.

    Work Environment

     

    This position operates in a cleanroom environment across two locations, with a work schedule from 7am to 3:30pm. Employees are required to be fully gowned with hair nets, masks, smocks, gloves, and shoe coverings. The role demands physical activity, including standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allendale, New Jersey.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
