Job Title: Production Process Coach
Job Description
We are seeking dynamic Production Process Coaches to supervise UAW employees in various plant areas. In this role, you will oversee 50-90 employees, ensuring they complete daily tasks while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee daily operations and tasks of 50-90 UAW employees.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
+ Hold employees accountable for their work performance.
+ Supervise within a union environment and manage material handling.
+ Utilize basic computer literacy skills, particularly in Excel, for reporting and analysis.
Essential Skills
+ Previous supervision experience.
+ Experience supervising in a union environment.
+ Experience in an automotive environment, preferably with an OEM or tier 1 supplier.
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ Basic computer literacy, especially with Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 3-5 years of supervision experience within an automotive facility.
+ Recommendations from Ford Management employees are advantageous.
+ Strong soft skills and resilience in a challenging environment.

Work Environment
You must be flexible with work hours and shifts, as some employees work 60-70 hours per week. The environment is fast-paced, requiring quick decision-making skills. The dress code is business casual, and the role involves rotating shifts every three months between A, B, and C crews. Supervisors are expected to arrive 30-45 minutes before and stay after production hours. A crew operates Monday-Thursday from 6am-4:30pm, B crew from Tuesday-Friday 6pm-4:30am, and C crew Friday/Saturday from 6am-4:30pm and Sunday/Monday night from 6pm-4:30am.

This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, Kentucky.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
