    •Location: Boulder, CO

    •Pay: Starting at $25/hr (based on experience)

    •Training Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    •Post-Training Shift: 3-4-4-3 Rotating Schedule, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    •️ What You’ll Do

    + Perform a variety of physical production tasks across departments

    + Shovel rock and assist with equipment maintenance

    + Operate sweepers and wash scrubber slabs

    + Run clinkers for screening and crushing operations

    + Grease and inspect crusher screens in the finishing plant

    + Support clay feed attendants and maintain the clay shed

    + Keep all work areas clean and safe

    + Grease equipment throughout the facility

    • What You Bring

    + Experience in general labor or production work

    + Comfortable using hand tools and performing physical tasks

    + Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work at heights up to 60 feet

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Bonus: Experience operating heavy equipment

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
