Production Worker

Overview:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating machinery, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!

Responsibilities:

+ Operate production equipment safely and efficiently

+ Assemble, package, and inspect products according to quality standards

+ Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment

+ Follow safety procedures and company policies

+ Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors

+ Meet production goals and deadlines

+ Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred

+ Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to (insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs)

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

+ Good communication and teamwork skills

+ Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
