    Job Title: Production Worker

    Job Description

    We are currently hiring production workers across all shifts and multiple departments. This role offers significant room for advancement, comprehensive training, and excellent benefits starting from day one.

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborate closely with team members in a physical role that involves lifting up to 40 pounds in groups.

    + Remain on your feet throughout the shift, performing consistent lifting, kneeling, and crouching.

    + Assist operators by checking product quality, monitoring production, and ensuring KPIs are met.

    + Work from a bill of materials, assembly drawings, or verbal instructions to complete tasks.

    + Use a computer to adjust pressures, dimensions, and cut sizes as needed.

    + Lay out the final product and perform final assembly, ensuring product quality through inspections.

    + Use hand tools and work from blueprints to manufacture products based on work orders.

    + Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety regulations at all times.

    Essential Skills

    + One year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing setting.

    + Ability to read a tape measure and use both hand and power tools.

    + Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    + Proficiency in reading blueprints and work orders.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Trade school education.

    + Experience in automotive or assembly work.

    + Familiarity with blueprint reading.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.70 - $27.20/hr.
