Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Type: Contract to Hire (3 Months)

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in a fast-paced distribution center. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FedEx and UPS shipping, and be comfortable operating various types of warehouse equipment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Verify paperwork, work orders, and shipping instructions

+ Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers

+ Perform material handling tasks including loading and unloading goods

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment

+ Meet customer shipping and receiving demands efficiently

Required Skills & Experience

+ Minimum 2 years of experience with FedEx and UPS shipping

+ Proficient in basic computer tasks and data entry

+ Skilled in operating forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers

+ Comfortable working at heights during equipment operation

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with international shipping is a plus

+ Familiarity with SAP, purchase orders (PO), and warehouse data entry systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
