    • Immediate Job Opportunity: Road Construction Flagger 🚧

    **Location** : Reading, PA

    **Shift** : Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    **Pay** : $16/hour to start, $17/hour after 90 days, $18/hour after 6 months

     

    We’re hiring Flaggers immediately to join a road construction crew in Reading, PA. If you're reliable, alert, and ready to work outdoors, this is your chance to start right away!

     

    **Job Responsibilities** :

    + Direct motorists and communicate detour routes clearly

    + Ensure safety of construction teams on site

    + Set up and tear down traffic control zones daily

    + Remain alert and responsive to traffic flow

    + Work outdoors in all weather conditions

    Qualifications:

    + No experience needed – entry-level welcome!

    + Must have a valid PA Driver’s License

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
