Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain utilities in the manufacturing area. This role involves repairing and performing regularly scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment. The technician must be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces, and will provide support to production and other maintenance groups as needed.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain and repair utilities in the manufacturing area.
+ Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
+ Work comfortably at heights of 40 to 50 feet using Hi Lift equipment.
+ Participate in activities to prevent the recurrence of equipment failures.
+ Assist with Quality Control activities within the Maintenance team.
+ Provide support to production and other maintenance groups when required.
+ Willingness to work in confined spaces.
Essential Skills
+ Proven experience in facilities maintenance, including handling Boilers, Air Compressors, Substations, High Voltage, R.O. Water Systems, Air Conditioning Systems, and HVAC Systems.
+ Strong mechanical abilities.
+ Willingness to perform both electrical and mechanical work.
+ Journeyperson's card OR 5+ years of proven experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with electrical systems.
+ Availability for 2nd shift (3:00PM-11:30PM) and 3rd shift (11:00PM-7:30AM).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.65 - $36.65/hr.
