Production worker

1st shift $15/hr, 2nd shift $17/hr, 3rd shift $20/hr

Job Description

Join a dynamic printing company that specializes in producing a variety of printed materials including party and wedding invitations, envelopes, magazine inserts, and more. We are seeking clean technicians and packers to support our busy production environment, especially during peak season from July to December.

Responsibilities

+ Assist in loading machines for printing operations.

+ Pack printed materials including invitations, envelopes, and labels.

+ Perform general production tasks such as inventory management and shipping and receiving.

+ Conduct inspections and maintain a clean workspace in the cleanroom environment.

+ Utilize hand tools for packaging and production tasks.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production, packaging, and general labor.

+ Ability to manage inventory and perform shipping and receiving tasks.

+ Skills in using hand tools and conducting inspections.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Work Environment

The role is based in a warehouse environment with three shifts available: 1st shift from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm. During peak season, work may extend to 6 or sometimes 7 days a week. The attendance policy includes verbal and written warnings based on points accumulated.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
