Job Title: Tig Welder
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Tig Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating TIG and orbital welders, selecting appropriate materials, and ensuring high-quality work according to detailed drawings and instructions.
Responsibilities
+ Set up and operate TIG welders, including purging and regulating current and voltage, and selecting filler rod type and size.
+ Set up and operate an orbital welder.
+ Work in accordance with detailed drawings and instructions.
+ Lift and carry parts of various sizes, shapes, and weights up to 50 lbs.
+ Support miscellaneous tasks as needed to enhance organizational goals.
+ Participate in continuous quality improvement processes and maintain a focus on customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills
+ 4+ years of experience with TIG welding.
+ 2+ years of experience welding on stainless steel and aluminum.
+ 2+ years of experience reading and interpreting welding blueprints.
+ Proficiency in TIG, MIG welding, and blueprint reading.
+ Experience in quality inspection, mechanical assembly, and machine building.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ ASME Certified with five years of work-related experience.
+ Strong integrity and a commitment to excellence.
+ Ability to foster respectful relationships and achieve financial success.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
