    SHIFT 5am-2pm with OT till 5pm - M-F occasional Sat

     

    $17/hr

    Open Positions:

    + **Material Handlers**

    + **Mattress Assembly Technicians**

    + **Sewing Machine Operators**

    Material Handler Responsibilities:

    As a Material Handler, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production line running smoothly. Your tasks may include:

     

    + **Forklift Operation**

    + **Receiving & Unloading:** Safely unload incoming materials and verify quality and accuracy.

    + **Inventory Movement:** Transport raw materials and finished goods across departments using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts.

    + **Loading & Packing:** Assist with loading mattresses and components for shipping and internal transfers.

    + **Support Production:** Ensure materials are stocked and available for sewing and assembly teams.

    General Duties Across Departments:

    + Operate industrial sewing machines (Sewing Team)

    + Assemble mattress components with precision (Build Team)

    + Inspect products for quality and consistency

    + Follow safety protocols and detailed instructions

    + Rotate tasks to build new skills and support team needs

    What You Bring:

    + **1+ year** of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling

    + Comfortable with physical tasks: standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs

    + Bonus: Experience with sewing machines, quality control, or forklift operation

    Work Environment & Schedule:

    + Clean, safe, and fast-paced facility

    + Monday–Friday schedule (occasional Saturdays)

    + Shifts may start as early as **5:00 AM** , up to **12 hours**

    + PPE provided

    + Physical work with exposure to **noise, heat, and some chemicals**

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
