    Job Title: Gen Production Worker

    Job Description

    Join our expanding team in a brand-new facility in Wichita, Kansas. We are the leading company in the handheld pie industry and are seeking motivated, hard-working, and values-driven individuals to join us. This entry-level position requires no previous experience, and we are willing to train the right candidate.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform any combination of hands-on or mass production of pies or other baked goods.

    + Read the staff and daily production/manufacturing schedule and report to the appropriate department on time while fully understanding daily expectations, requirements, or specifications.

    + Follow GMPs, audit, and food safety requirements and guidelines; properly fill out documentation and QCQA records that measure daily performance and completion details as applicable.

    + Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.

    + Report any product deficiencies, food, or safety concerns to the Line or Production Supervisor.

    Essential Skills

    + Must be 18 years of age.

    + Ability to work overtime and be flexible with scheduling.

    + Basic reading and writing skills.

    + Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Dependable, with a positive attitude, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.

    + Ability to lift and/or push 50 or more pounds continuously throughout the shift.

    + Ability to work standing or walking for long periods (8-12 hours).

    + Ability to work bending and squatting.

    + Adherence to all GMPs, including good handwashing practices and the employee hygiene plan.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in Production Foods Assembly.

    + Experience in General Production.

    + Comfortable with repetitive motions.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Erie, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
