    _Responsibilities:_

    + _Review and understand project plans and specifications._

    + _Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and join materials._

    + _Follow all safety protocols and adhere to all building codes._

    + _Communicate effectively with other members of the construction team._

    _Skills:_

    + _At least 3 years of experience as a Carpenter._

    + _Strong knowledge of finish carpentry techniques and building codes._

    + _Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans._

    + _Experience with trim carpentry for residential buildings._

    + _A commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship._

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
