Job Title: Facilities Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Supervisor to lead and manage a dynamic team responsible for maintaining our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing daily activities, motivating team members, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
+ Motivate, train, and direct daily activities of direct reports.
+ Manage time, attendance, and ensure adequate scheduling of the team.
+ Provide an environment where employees feel empowered and valued.
+ Complete work order tickets, including office facilities support, site maintenance, repairs, construction, and preventative maintenance.
+ Support the implementation of the PM database.
+ Prioritize daily workload and project work to meet Facilities Team SLAs.
+ Support Health and Safety personnel in executing all H&S initiatives; aid in conducting various drills/tests.
+ Serve as the point person on shift for Facilities and/or Emergency Response Team.
+ Provide direction to janitorial and contractor staff as needed.
+ Provide facilities support for special events, as assigned.
+ Complete work in accordance with standard operating procedures and policies.
+ Follow all safety, health, and environmental policies, procedures, and initiatives.
+ Support new construction projects, as needed.
+ Perform other related duties, as assigned.
+ Cover assigned on-call shifts, outside of the normal shift.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in facilities maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
+ Experience leading a team of 5 or more technicians.
+ Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in varied building maintenance and repair.
+ Two or more years of supervisory experience.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
+ Commitment to integrity and team support.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ At least one year of experience in any facility.
+ Hard-working attitude and willingness to stay busy.

Work Environment
Work across five properties, including manufacturing, office space, and a warehouse. We are expanding with a new building to consolidate space and grow by 200k sq ft. Join a construction-focused team committed to building the necessary infrastructure. Standard shifts are from 5am-1:30pm, Monday through Friday, with on-call shifts as needed.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
