    Description:

    Position Title:** **Credit Analyst

    **Pay Rate** :

    $75,000 - $93,000 (PL 9)

    _Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range._

    The Job You Will Perform:

    + Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to determine credit risk.

    + Prepare detailed credit analyses and present findings to management.

    + Monitor existing accounts for changes in credit risk and recommend adjustments to credit limits or terms.

    + Collaborate with sales, customer service, and customers to resolve credit issues and support customer relationships.

    + Point of escalation for the collection and dispute teams to help resolve complex or high risk credit situations.

    + Manage daily work activities and special projects

    + Maintain a strong team orientation

    + Act as a role model to others, possessing leadership attributes

    + Demonstrate the ability and desire to help improve skills within the team

    + Maintain a genuinely positive influence in a team environment

    + Demonstrates ability to provide effective support and guidance to all team members

    + Recognized by peers to be consistently dependable and reliable day after day

    The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

    + Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related areas

    + Minimum of 3-5 years of applicable business experience

    + Strong knowledge of operational, accounting, and finance topics

    + Understand and interpret various credit market factors and risk

    + Ability to manage credit and collection procedures for AR portfolio $50 million+ Quick turn-around ability to make credit decisions leveraging deep financial analysis and any other indirect information

    + Prepare accurate accounts receivable and risk performance reports as required

    + Ability to communicate effectively and competently with high level financial managers

    + Capability to research and resolve discrepancies regarding customer accounts receivable

    + Ability to arrange payment plans, monitor delinquent accounts, manage bad debt reserves and write-off processes

    + Understanding of credit and bankruptcy laws and procedures

    + Proactive multitasker with excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills

    + Develop effective working relationships with business sales/finance and external customers

    + Knowledge of Microsoft Suite Products and SAP

    + Skilled or Talented in the following competencies:

    + Experience in making credit decisions, analyzing financials and identifying bad debt risk

    + Experience in Order to Cash Processes

    + Experience with unsecured bankruptcies
