• Custodian/Driver (Yonkers Corps)

    Responsibilities

    + Clean and maintain facility daily.

    + Clean and sanitize restrooms daily. Replace paper products as needed

    + Empty all trash receptacles, place trash/recycling curbside for pickup

    + Vacuum carpets daily

    + Change lightbulbs do light maintenance and repairs

    + Paint as needed

    + Pick up and maintain cleaning supplies as needed

    + Setup tables and chairs as needed

    + Always ensure security of the building

    + Responsible for keeping maintenance records/ cleaning for vehicles

    + Assist with unloading of trucks as required

    + Ensure signage/ equipment are in working condition

    + Assist with pickup and drop off of seasonal workers as needed

    + Shoveling and salting sidewalks

    + Additional responsibilities as directed by Corps Officers

    Qualifications

    + Current driver’s license

    + Clean driving record

    + Able to lift 60lbs.
