Logistics Specialist Location: Nashville, TN

About the Role

Join a fast-paced logistics team focused on optimizing transportation operations and supporting carrier performance. This operational role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, solving problems, and driving process improvements—without phone-based customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

+ Investigate and resolve discrepancies in carrier performance scores

+ Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements

+ Support the development of reports, dashboards, and metrics to guide business decisions

+ Extract and analyze data using tools like Excel, QuickSight, Hubble, and SQL

Required Qualifications

+ 1–3 years of experience in dispute resolution, transportation, customer service, or a related field

+ Entry-level proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

+ Experience managing large data sets to drive performance and process improvements

+ Comfortable working in an operational, non-phone-based role

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in transportation and data analysis (SQL, Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)

+ Intermediate Excel skills (charts, nested formulas, data cleansing, array formulas)

+ 1+ years in program management, logistics, operations, or supply chain

+ 1+ years of management experience

+ Bachelor’s degree is a plus

Work Environment

+ 100% onsite in Nashville, TN

+ Multiple shift options available:

+ Sunday–Wednesday

+ Wednesday–Saturday

+ Entry-level corporate role with opportunities for growth within transportation teams

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
