Responsibilities of a Maintenance Professional

+ Perform all types of routine maintenance work

+ Service onsite equipment and machinery

+ Conduct monthly maintenance and safety checks in buildings, and of machinery and equipment

+ Respond to after-hours maintenance calls, when required

+ Perform inventory control and tracking

Requirements of a Maintenance Professional

+ High school diploma or equivalent experience/training

+ General handyman experience, including general knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and building trades

+ Ability to transport, handle and/or lift up to 75lbs.

+ Valid Driver's License
