    Role Overview

    + Oversee Epic portfolio supporting MSK’s revenue cycle activities across enterprise locations.

    + Manage intake and prioritization for Epic development in revenue cycle and clinical documentation improvement.

    + Lead Epic projects that enhance registration, scheduling, billing, coding, and reimbursement workflows.

    + Support optimization of charge capture, front-end patient access, and backend reimbursement.

    + Collaborate with coders, physicians, nurses, schedulers, and operations staff across hospital and clinical departments.

    + Partner with Finance, Revenue Integrity, and clinical leaders to align workflows with compliance and financial goals.

    + Ensure Resolute PB, HB, Claims, and related applications integrate with end-to-end workflow design.

    + Drive improvements in financial performance while supporting care delivery.

    + Facilitate governance workgroups to align priorities, secure decisions, and provide status updates.

    Key Qualifications

    + 5+ years in revenue cycle operations or healthcare IT.

    + 2+ years managing Epic projects.

    + PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.

    + Epic Cadence, Prelude, or Resolute certification strongly preferred; strong knowledge of revenue integrity and coding.

    Core Skills

    + Expertise in Epic revenue cycle systems and integration with clinical documentation.

    + Ability to collaborate across Finance, clinical leaders, and operational teams.

    + Skilled in governance facilitation, project risk management, and workflow optimization.

    + Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities

     

    Pay Range: $149,200.00 - $246,300.00

    FSLA Status: Exempt
