    Emergency Department Registrar – Multiple Locations | $24/hr

    We’re hiring Emergency Department Registrars across multiple hospital locations. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, are eager to learn, and want to grow their career in healthcare.

    What You’ll Do

    + Be the first point of contact for patients in the ER

    + Collect and verify insurance and personal information

    + Navigate high-stress situations with compassion and professionalism

    + Collaborate with nurses, physicians, EMTs, firefighters, and hospital staff

    + Push mobile computer stations and stay on your feet throughout your shift

     

    Openings & Schedules

     

    Location 1 – Full-Time

     

    + Initial 2-week training: M–F, 8-hour shifts

    + Post-training: 4/10 schedule (10-hour shifts), includes weekends and holidays

    + Must be available for 2–3 weekend shifts per 28-day period

     

    Location 2 – Part-Time

     

    + Shifts between Friday–Monday

    + One morning and one night shift available

    + Potential to transition to full-time

     

    Location 3 – Full-Time Nights

     

    + Training: 2 weeks, M–F, 8-hour shifts

    + Post-training: 10-hour shifts starting between 5:30pm–8:00pm

    Training & Support

    + 12-day onboarding including 1 day classroom + 11 days department training

    + Shadowing and reverse-shadowing with experienced trainers

    + Access to job aids and internal resources

    + Ongoing performance reviews and knowledge checks

    + Comfortable in trauma environments (blood, death, 5150 patients)

    + Able to handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail

    + Strong attendance and common sense – we can teach systems, not attitude

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
