Job Overview

Air Systems Inc. is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Building Automation Systems (BAS) team in San Jose, CA. We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Team Member to provide customer service, proposals and quotes to customers for service and repair of BAS. This non-exempt position reports directly to the BAS Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities

+ Prepares and processes proposals to customers for repair work

+ Tracks outstanding proposals

+ Follow up with customers on outstanding proposals

+ Inputs accepted proposals into accounting system

+ Ordering of the parts needed for the accepted quotes

+ Works with dispatchers to schedule accepted work proposals

+ Runs weekly reports on outstanding and accepted quotes

+ Meets or exceeds annual goals for quoting and accepted proposals

+ Work with and support Outside Sales Team as needed

+ Track BAS Agreement Renewals for Outside Sales Team

Qualifications

+ High School Diploma

+ HVAC Dispatcher experience and/or Inside Sales experience

+ Proficient on MS Office Teams, Coins, Salesforce

+ Excellent oral/written communication skills

+ Excellent customer service skills

+ Attention to detail a priority

+ Be able to multi-task

+ Excellent Organization

+ Ability to problem solve

+ Team Player

+ Flexible

+ Able to work in a fast-paced environment

**Competitive Salary** : $31-$36 per hour based on experience.
