Customer Service Specialist – Healthcare Services

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay Rate: $18/hour (paid weekly) + benefits

Duration: 4-month contract-to-hire (long-term growth opportunity)

Are you passionate about helping others and making a meaningful impact in healthcare? We’re hiring Customer Service Specialists to support patients with home medical equipment and services. What You’ll Do

+ Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients and healthcare providers

+ Process orders, verify documentation, and schedule equipment deliveries

+ Educate patients on financial responsibilities and insurance coverage

+ Review and enter information into EMR systems accurately

+ Obtain pre-authorizations and verify insurance eligibility

+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

What You’ll Bring

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
