Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Serve as the strategic marketing partner to the new business Sales team, building tailored programs that generate qualified leads, accelerate the pipeline, and support deal progression.
• Work closely with Digital and Content Marketing to personalize campaigns and develop assets that align with buyer needs, personas, and industry challenges.
• Oversee the planning and execution of field events, tradeshows, and campaigns that create meaningful engagement with high-value prospects.
• Continuously measure, report on, and optimize campaign performance and event ROI using pipeline contribution and sales feedback.
• Partner with the Sales team to identify opportunities for expansion, retention, and advocacy.
• Design and execute customer engagement campaigns and programs, including onboarding, product education, renewal journeys, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
• Partnering with Content and Sales team, develop and manage a scalable customer advocacy program—including customer stories, case studies, references, and speaking opportunities.
• Plan and execute customer-facing events such as user groups, webinars, executive briefings, and appreciation experiences.
• Leverage the expertise of the Digital and Content Marketing teams to personalize and scale outreach based on customer segments and lifecycle stages.
• Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
• Minimum of 10 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on field marketing, customer marketing, or demand generation.
• Proven experience partnering with Sales to build targeted campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Strong understanding of marketing across the full customer lifecycle—from acquisition to retention.
• Experience overseeing event strategy and execution across both virtual and in-person formats.
• Skilled in leveraging cross-functional expertise from Digital Marketing and Content teams to build impactful programs.
• Proficient with marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) and event management tools.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
