• Application Network Support Analyst

    TEKsystems is looking to hire multiple Application Network Support Analysts to join one of our top financial clients. Please apply for details:

    Skills Required:

    + PowerShell scripting: Automate processes using PowerShell.

    + SQL scripting: Create scripts for identification, removal, and upgrading non-permitted technologies from servers.

    + Monitoring experience: Reduce noise from false positives using in-house developed monitoring platform.

    + Network troubleshooting: Research and escalate incidents impacting applications, collaborating with network support teams.

    Responsibilities:

    + Ensuring all production regulated messaging applications are performing and providing a stable platform.

    + Management and support of all applications that enable compliant supervision review of electronic communications.

    + Service delivery to all Supervision & eDiscovery users.

    + Successful implementation and validation of application service changes.

    + Maintaining support relationships with eDiscovery and Legal teams to make sure business strategies are consistently met.

    + Ensures that business partner priorities are identified, implemented and communicated as it pertains to Supervision policy management.

    + Interfaces with EC Compliance to ensure adherence to compliance requirements via technical controls and reporting.

    •No C2C (Must work W2)

     

    Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule onsite 3 days a week

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $43.00/hr.
