• IT Digital Systems Architect

    TEKsystems (Memphis, TN)


    Our client is searching for an IT Digital Systems Architect for a full-time position near Memphis, TN.

     

    The Sr IT Digital Systems Specialist will design, configure, document, implement and optimize enterprise HRIS and digital workplace platforms. The

     

    role spans HR systems, M365 intranet/collaboration tools and our external WordPress‑based website, with responsibilities distributed approximately 60% HRIS, 20% M365, 10% web design and 10% project management. You will work closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable and

     

    user‑friendly solutions.

    Duties:

    + Configure, administer and support HRIS modules—including core HR, payroll, time & attendance (including shop‑floor time clocks), learning management, benefits, recruitment & onboarding and compensation—across platforms like UKG Ready, Dayforce, SuccessFactors and Workday.

    + Develop reports, dashboards and data extracts using SQL, native HRIS tools or BI platforms; perform system audits, data validations and compliance checks.

    Qualifications:

    + Strong knowledge of core HR processes and HRIS best practices, with hands‑on experience in platforms such as UKG Ready, Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors and/or Workday

    +  3+ years of experience supporting HRIS and digital platforms

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
