• Sr. Designer, Seasonal + Lifestage, Brand Campaign

    Cella Inc (Los Angeles, CA)


     

    Ideate, create simple prototypes, develop templates, and translate digital design systems.

     

    Work with UX/UI and copywriting partners to build modules that live across our digital experiences. Pursue ways that we can work better, faster.

     

    Manage projects that are on-brief and polished, mitigating feedback, ultimately keeping workstreams on track.

     

    Conduct walkthroughs and trainings to the team of designers, copywriters, and operations on the requirements of a module and how to execute assets from the templates.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, fine arts, or a related field and 5+ years of experience designing for digital experiences in a senior role.

     

    Working knowledge of HTML & CSS and After Effects.

     

    Proven track record of creating successful digital design systems.

     

    Exceptional portfolio showcasing a design process and strategic thinking.

     

    Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Slides, and Sketch.

     

    Understanding of responsive and adaptive design and ADA compliancy.

     

    Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate external artist partners and connect across the creative studio.

     

    Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment leading design work.

     

    Interested in A.I. and new ways of working.
