We’re looking for an experienced **CNC Programmer** to join our team at the senior level, with a strong background in multi-axis machining and a passion for precision manufacturing. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who thrives in a regulated, high-performance environment and enjoys mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Program, set up, and operate complex multi-axis CNC machines

+ Develop efficient machining strategies with a deep understanding of tooling, speeds, and feeds

+ Work with **GibbsCAM** (or similar software such as Mastercam or ESPRIT)

+ Troubleshoot machining issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives

+ Support and train junior machinists and setup personnel

+ Ensure quality and compliance in a precision-regulated environment (medical device experience a strong plus)

Required Experience:

+ Minimum **7 years of CNC programming** experience

+ Strong hands-on machining skills

+ Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively on high-tolerance components

+ Machines: Mazak 100, 200, Integrex i-150

+ Software: GibbsCAM

Swiss Department:

+ Machines: Citizen L20, L220, M32, K16

+ Software: GibbsCAM
