Key Responsibilities

+ Drive requirements and execution focused on delivering self service capabilities to meet client needs.

+ Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring development work aligns with roadmap.

+ Drive discovery and research to uncover client pain points and translate insights into actionable product requirements.

+ Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics partners to bring digital products to market.

+ Lead agile ceremonies, write clear user stories, and oversee delivery milestones.

+ Monitor product performance using data and client feedback, iterating to improve outcomes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills

+ 3–6 years of experience in product management, digital product development, or related fields

+ Demonstrated ability to define, build, and launch B2B or enterprise-facing digital products.

+ Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

+ Proven experience managing product roadmaps, writing user stories, and working in agile environments.

+ Comfort working with data (qualitative and quantitative) to support decision-making.

+ Passion for user experience

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in financial services, fintech, or enterprise app development.

+ Familiarity with digital commercial banking platforms, cash management tools, treasury services, or business onboarding

+ Experience working within a large matrixed organization.

+ Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in **commercial banking** **Work Authorization**
