This position be responsible for building a consistent and emotionally resonant brand presence across all channels, including social media. Through thoughtful strategy, storytelling, and visual identity, you will help strengthen our voice in the recovery community, reduce stigma, and encourage individuals to seek the care they deserve. What will you be doing & what tasks are required?
+ This position is Full Time, 40 hours per week Remote but can include occasional travel to all Britelife locations in Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and New York.
+ Define, develop and implement brand strategies that reflect the organization’s mission, clinical excellence, and patient-centered approach.
+ Ensure brand consistency across marketing, advertising, referral networks, outreach, admissions, and internal communications.
+ Define and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that highlights patient success stories (with confidentiality protections), staff expertise, program offerings, and community involvement.
+ Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and improve engagement.
+ Develop and execute a strategic social media and own media presence that builds awareness, trust, and engagement across key audiences.
+ Collaborate with clinical, admissions, outreach, and leadership teams to ensure messaging is accurate, compliant, and aligned with ethical standards.
+ Create branded materials (brochures, fact sheets, educational resources, infographics, newsletters, videos, digital content etc.) that are trauma-informed and culturally sensitive.
+ Lead and manage internal branding associates, providing mentorship, feedback, and project oversight to ensure cohesive execution of brand initiatives.
+ Provide training and guidance to staff on appropriate use of branding and social media to safeguard patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
+ Manage and update brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, language, and visual identity across all platforms.
+ Monitor brand perception and reputation through analytics, stakeholder/community feedback, and surveys; address any misinformation or negative perceptions promptly.
+ Lead initiatives to enhance visibility at local, state, and national levels, including participation in awareness campaigns (Recovery Month, Mental Health Awareness Month, etc.).
+ Stay current on behavioral health trends, regulatory considerations, and best practices in digital engagement specific to healthcare and recovery services the strategy and execute social media and social content channels
What we need from you?
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Branding, or related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, ideally in healthcare, behavioral health, or recovery industries.
+ Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and audience engagement.
+ Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
+ Proficiency in branding tools and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
+ Experience with digital marketing platforms, including social media and web content management.
+ Passion for mental health and recovery advocacy is a plus.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions:
+ Ability to lift to 25 pounds.

+ He has no mental, nervous, organic, or functional disease or psychiatric disorder likely to interfere with his/her ability to drive safely (I.E. holding a medical marijuana card.)
