Position Summary:

To ensure professional set, execution and clean-up of all Banquet functions, and to assist management in that same endeavor.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Ensure meeting rooms/areas are properly set and all necessary equipment is in place.

+ Regularly inventory and maintain all related equipment.

+ Ensure proper uniforms are worn, and departmental/resort service standards are maintained.

+ Continuously strive for complete guest satisfaction – including cooperating with Guests and others for last minute changes/additions.

+ Complete written communication in order to keep management informed.

+ Ensure the proper cleanup of all Banquet areas. Attend BEO meetings when necessary.

+ Additional related responsibilities as assigned by management.

+ Physically assist with all functions of Banquet Department as necessary.
