Purpose of the Role As a Financial Analyst, Associate, you will conduct or assist in the documentation of simple to moderately complex financial analysis projects. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team of finance professionals to support strategic decision-making across the organization. **Location:** This position will be based out of **Cumberland, MD** . What You’ll Do • Perform statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data reported in the various financial systems. • Review costs and perform cost benefit analysis related to projects and/or programs. • Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions and events in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. • Assist in the analysis of financial data and extract and define relevant information; interpret data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability. • Develop financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis. • Interpret financial transactions and events for users who must make economic or business decisions.
