Where you'll work:
Our Beloit, WI location is home to our Corporate Headquarters for the North American Region. This location has approximately 700 employees at this location that in roles such as regulatory, RD&A, finance, procurement, supply chain and customer care. It is easily commutable from the Rockford, Madison, and Milwaukee areas. You'll enjoy your time inside and outside of the office as we offer a full cafeteria, fitness center, and beautiful walking paths around the campus. This location is involved and committed to giving back to the community multiple times throughout the year through our Kerry Employee Engagement Program volunteering with various organizations.
What you'll do:
The Kerry Legal Department is looking for a full-time Legal Assistant to provide administrative and attorney support to the department. Duties initially will include the following:
Billing Support
+ + Process invoices (create purchase orders, track approvals, prepare receipts, track status, respond to inquiries)
+ Prepare and track monthly chargeback logs
+ Resolve open queries from the business or third-party providers on purchase orders/invoices
+ Prepare blanket purchase orders
Attorney Support
+ + Assist business teams in the processing of NDAs and other commercial contracts for attorney review within Kerrys contract lifecycle management system
+ Coordinate litigation hold notices
+ Prepare and revise litigation reports based on feedback from legal team members
+ Assist legal team members with litigation discovery, subpoenas for document production and other miscellaneous tasks
Office Management
+ + Create vendors in the Kerry system
+ Administer access to certain legal software/systems
+ Support budgeting efforts
What you'll need to be successful:
+ Experience with billing and office management required, preferably in the legal sector
+ Experience with contract processing and/or litigation-related tasks preferred
+ Experience with Coupa (expense management software) preferred
+ Ability to adapt and respond to fast-paced work environment
+ Attention to detail and ability to interact successfully with business and legal teams
+ Solid interpersonal skills and a team player
+ Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities
Compensation Data
The typical hiring range for this role is $64,479.00 to $105,272.00 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
